CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions successfully conducted a 2 day hands-on ICSI workshop at Department of Reproductive Biology at AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences), Delhi to educate young, budding embryologists on ICSI and conducted hands-on demo of RI Integra 3 micromanipulator.
This was the first ‘Catch them Young’ workshop conducted at AIIMS, and it saw a footfall of over 25 M.Sc. Clinical Embryology students who were extremely enthusiastic and participating. The workshop kicked off with a lecture on ICSI by our clinical Embryologist Vakil Jagveer Singh .
The lecture was followed a demo of RI Integra3 by our CAS team (Clinical Application Scientist) Vakil Jagveer Singh and Aditi Shirsat which included hands on practice by every student familiarizing themselves with the use of RI Integra 3 micromanipulator.
The entire workshop was a huge success due to the sheer excitement and enthusiasm of the students participating and was well appreciated by the department head and the faculty.
Such academic collaborations offer a promising solution to address the skill gap, builds stronger relationships with the next generation of embryologists.
With CooperSurgical being the only corporate currently undertaking such initiatives in India, it presents us with a lucrative platform to not only engage the next-gen embryologists but also elevate the standards of fertility care for the future.
