The Hoyte Sacro Tips, used in conjunction with the Advincula Arch® Handle, supply constant tension that facilitates minimized tissue migration during mesh attachment. The tip will elevate the vagina. Bladder flap creation and suturing challenges are reduced because the tip provides stable control of the tissues.
