Jennifer Gates

Jennifer joined CooperSurgical in 2017 and currently serves as Head of Enterprise Enablement. She brings a breadth of experience across finance, operations, and commercial leadership within highly regulated healthcare and life sciences environments. Prior to her current role, Jennifer held senior leadership positions at CooperSurgical, including VP of Sales and Marketing of the Contraceptive Business Unit and VP of Channel and Special Markets. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at global pharmaceutical companies and began her career in audit and consulting at Ernst & Young. She holds a BBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and is a CPA.
