Charles Smith

Charles joined CooperSurgical in April 2010 working in fertility operations and was named Senior Vice President of Quality, Regulatory, and Life Sciences in November 2021. Throughout his career at Cooper, Charles has held leadership positions in our genomics, services, and R&D organizations. Prior to joining, he worked for U.S. Health and Human Services at the National Institutes of Health Internal Research Program in Maryland. Charles has a Bachelor of Science in biology from Texas A&M University and a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Maryland.
