Signing Up for Your Online Store Account

Yes. Before you can sign up to use our online ordering option, you must already be a customer with an active CooperSurgical account number. If you’re unsure whether you have an account, please contact CooperSurgical customer support:

You need your CooperSurgical account number, a valid email address, and a phone number.
You can find this on any of your prior sales orders or invoices. If you have trouble finding it, please contact your dedicated Sales Representative.
Online store account approvals typically take 2–3 business days.
Online Store Account Management
The person who initially sets up the account automatically becomes the admin. If you need to change this later, please contact CooperSurgical customer support:

Admins can view account balances, add/manage users, and request important documents. Regular (basic) users can only view and manage their own orders.
There is no limit to the number of users you can add to your account.
Payment and Billing
All major credit cards are accepted. Invoicing is possible, subject to pre-authorized credit limits and available balances.
Yes, you can have multiple billing methods associated with the same account.
Yes. You can see whether items are in stock, low stock, out of stock, or available for pre-order, well as the status of back-ordered items.
Yes. Once you’re signed in, you can check your order history (or “My Orders”) to view order status, shipping updates, and tracking information.
No, there is no minimum order value.
If you are a tax-exempt customer, but your order has taxes at checkout, please email your exempt certification to [email protected] so that the tax department can add the exemption status to the addresses

For back-ordered items, even in a larger cart with in-stock items, the payment information is taken, but no charge is processed until the item is in-stock and shipped. The order status will remain ’open’ or ‘pending’ until all items are shipped.

Yes. Under “My Account,” choose “My Addresses” to add or edit addresses. Each user can maintain their own primary shipping address.
