Sperm Preparation Medium is bicarbonate buffered and is for washing of spermatozoa and isolation of motile viable spermatozoa by the swim-up method.
Sperm Preparation Medium has a high bicarbonate concentration mimicking in vivo conditions to stimulate high motility and support capacitation.
Contains SSRÂŽ with insulin that is shown to be a pro-survival factor for sperm1.
