Through a secure online portal, activate autopay for your cryo-storage account. New patients can enroll conveniently online or at your fertility clinic. For existing patients, you can enroll when you pay your next cryo-storage fee.
Greater Transparency
You have real-time access to your account information including your cryo-storage inventory, previous payment history, and your current billing method which you can easily modify online. Email notifications will keep you up-to-date on your payment schedule and give you access to online support for any payment method issues.

Use the Embryo Options® online educational platform for ongoing patient support and as a valuable resource for material on your disposition options. As a potential donor and/or donor-recipient, get access to the Embryo Options donation platform.***
Complete Cryo-Storage Journey
To complete a disposition request, download and sign the necessary informed consent documents. When finalized, your fertility clinic is notified and will deactivate your cryo-storage account and stop autopay.

Embryo Disposition – End of Storage*
Embryo Options provides information supporting patients to make informed decisions on what to do with their remaining cryopreserved embryos once usage is no longer desired. Learn more about your individual fertility clinic approved disposition options through the online educational platform.
Donate to Research**
Embryo Options® provides patients access to educational material and resources to explore their options for donation of unused embryos to fertility-related research. Contact your clinic for further inquiries and assistance on donating to research.

For patients wishing to be a donated-embryo recipient, the embryo donation platform offers a greater chance of finding a suitable embryo donor with the access to participating Embryo Options® network providers.

Embryo Options® has built a comprehensive embryo donation platform for patients with cryopreserved embryos who wish to donate unused embryos to another couple or to individuals struggling with infertility.
Potential donors and recipients can learn about the professional guidelines for embryo donation, the legal aspects of the procedure, and mental healthcare considerations.
The Embryo Options® embryo donation platform provides patients with an opportunity to donate to their fertility clinic, or match directly with a compatible recipient.
Using Your Own Sperm, Eggs, or Embryos
Embryo Options provides patients, using their own embryos, information on the Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) procedure.
If patients are interested in an appointment to learn more about FET, Embryo Options can facilitate contact with the patient’s fertility clinic.
Embryo Options Donation Platform Process
Donor builds a de-identified profile, including applicable physical characteristics, medical family history and conditions for donation.
Thaw & Discard**
Embryo Options offers patient support and education about what happens to embryos, eggs, or sperm during the thaw and discard process. Patients may also seek support via Embryo Options once they have decided to thaw or discard.
