We understand the importance of our employees’ education. With that in mind, CooperSurgical proudly offers an educational assistance plan, available to all full-time regular employees, to assist with the costs associated with continued schooling through accredited colleges and universities with approval of the direct supervisor. Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Costa Rica
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is an experienced engineering position with 1-2 reports. This position will provide engineering and technical services to internal customers to achieve the overall manufacturing goal of consistently producing quality products which meet or exceed customer expectations by addressing major production problems, ensuring optimum manufacturing methods and techniques and implementing cost improvement programs.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support large, complex engineering assignments, validations of equipment, and perform investigations for quality issues. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will manage large scale projects and will often manage a cross-functional project team.
Our interns are one of a kind. Kate Ariano was a OneCooper intern for two years before joining us for her first full-time job.
McKenna Goggins joined CooperSurgical as an intern in May of 2022, and she’s been an integral part of supporting the Marketing team ever since.
