They will assist you in submitting a formal complaint.

How do I get permission to use one of your product photos?
Please submit your request to our Marketing Services Manager. Include details about the pictures you would like to use and if you will need high resolution art. Also indicate for what purpose you are seeking the release. If the photo will be used for publication, please provide the journal and publication details.
How do I find out if a product contains latex?
We recognize that latex sensitivity is a health concern. Wherever possible, natural latex rubber has been removed from our medical devices. Download our latex content information.
