CONTRAINDICATIONS: CooperSurgical manipulator handles should not be used when an IUD is in place, when the patient is pregnant, planned gamete intrafallopian transfer procedures, in patients with suspected pelvic infections or where it is difficult to insert the silicone tip into the cervix or uterus. WARNINGS: ALLY ll UPS is only intended for use with CooperSurgical’s family of uterine manipulators. Read Instructions for Use carefully, as failure to properly follow the instructions could lead to injury and improper functioning of the device.
