Willie Grant

Willie joined CooperSurgical in 2022 with 25+ years of experience in global human resources. Prior to joining, he spent four years at Bristol Myers Squibb and 12 years at Mead Johnson Nutrition, working both domestically and internationally. Willie has also held HR leadership roles at General Electric, PepsiCo, and Pfizer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Buffalo and a master’s degree in industrial labor relations and human resources from Rutgers University.
