IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
The ALLY II UPS® and the sterile, Single-Use Adapter Drape for the ALLY II UPS® are intended to secure uterine manipulator devices for uterine positioning and to assist the surgical staff in mounting, positioning, and holding uterine manipulators during gynecological laparoscopic surgical procedures.
 
CONTRAINDICATIONS: CooperSurgical manipulator handles should not be used when an IUD is in place, when the patient is pregnant, planned gamete intrafallopian transfer procedures, in patients with suspected pelvic infections, or where it is difficult to insert the silicone tip into the cervix or uterus.
 
WARNINGS: ALLY ll UPS® is only intended for use with CooperSurgical’s family of uterine manipulators. Read Instructions for Use carefully, as failure to properly follow the instructions could lead to injury and improper functioning of the device.
