The tip will elevate the vagina. Bladder flap creation and suturing challenges are reduced because the tip provides stable control of the tissues. With constant tension, migration of tissue is minimized during mesh attachment. For sacrocervicopexy, a tip with a concave distal end is available. Tips are available in multiple sizes that easily attach to any RUMI uterine manipulator.
