Using the Medscand^® Pap-Perfect^® Plastic Spatula in combination with Cytobrush Plus^® or Cytobrush^® Plus GT provides you and your laboratory with a complete cervical sample. The spatula gently rubs the mucosa, ensuring a rich sample from the ectocervix. Made out of inert polypropylene plastic, the spatula will release collected cells more easily onto a slide for Pap smear or into a vial for liquid cytology than a wooden spatula.
