SAGE^® CSC Freezing Media enable the cryopreservation of embryos using a slow-freeze methodology. Its formulation is a mixture of sucrose and choline chloride that optimizes the replacement of cellular moisture with cryoprotectants. CSC Thawing Media is the companion product used to thaw embryo previously frozen with CSC Freezing Media.
