This easy to use self-retaining retractor brings laparotomy into the realm of minimally invasive surgery.  The Mobius Retractor provides enhanced surgical exposure compared with conventional retractors.  For example, a 6 cm incision yields a working area of 28 cm with the Mobius in contrast to only 18 cm using a conventional four-point retractor.  In addition, the device completely lines the incision to help protect wound edges from contamination.
