We offer a Life Assistance Program designed to provides answers, information and support for many of the issues faced on a day to day basis.  This convenient and confidential counseling is available to employees and their dependents at no charge to all full time employees.

We offer Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts to all full time employees to assist you in saving tax dollars for unreimbursed health care and childcare expenses.

Contact Lens Plan

Our employees are able to purchase certain contact lenses for employee and immediate family members at tremendously discounted rates.

Life Insurance Plans

We offer life insurance benefits at no charge to all full time employees.

We understand the apprehension employees feel when they are unable to work due to a disability or extended illness.  In that respect, we offer fully company paid Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Plans to all full time employees.  Our plans pay a portion of your salary while you disabled.

We contribute towards your retirement and provide ways for eligible employees to save and invest through 401(k).  Employees are able to select funds which best suit their needs and the Company will match a portion of the employee Contributions.

In addition, we offer a traditional benefit pension plan in which you earn benefits at the full expense of our Company. This benefit grows with each year you are with the Company.

We realize the importance of expanding employee’s knowledge and education.  CooperSurgical offers an Educational Assistance Plan available to all fulltime regular employees to assist with the costs associated with continued schooling through accredited colleges and universities.

In addition, we offer paid training for courses and 1 or 2 day seminars to advance your career with our organization.  Whether it’s a brush up course in Excel, or a seminar to advance your expertise in Customer service, we pay for the approved course and the workday.

CooperSurgical participates in a wide range of activities to support our communities.  Our Company matches, dollar for dollar with no limit, employee gift contributions to qualified charities.  In addition, our employees are involved in Toys for Tots Campaigns, Holiday Food Drives, and other various campaigns that collect funds for organizations dedicated to finding cures for debilitating and life threatening illnesses.  With the assistance of our employees, we support organizations committed to assisting victims of domestic violence or sexual assault.
