We understand the apprehension employees feel when they are unable to work due to a disability or extended illness.  In that respect, we offer fully company paid Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Plans to all full time employees.  Our plans pay a portion of your salary while you disabled.

We contribute towards your retirement and provide ways for eligible employees to save and invest through 401(k).  Employees are able to select funds which best suit their needs and the Company will match a portion of the employee Contributions.

In addition, we offer a traditional benefit pension plan in which you earn benefits at the full expense of our Company. This benefit grows with each year you are with the Company.

We realize the importance of expanding employee’s knowledge and education.  CooperSurgical offers an Educational Assistance Plan available to all fulltime regular employees to assist with the costs associated with continued schooling through accredited colleges and universities.

In addition, we offer paid training for courses and 1 or 2 day seminars to advance your career with our organization.  Whether it’s a brush up course in Excel, or a seminar to advance your expertise in Customer service, we pay for the approved course and the workday.
