Position:

Primary purpose of this position is to develop and expand sales in the OR Business Unit to existing and new accounts assuring sales goals of the assigned territory are met, and customer needs are satisfied.

Essential Functions:

  • Individual is required to make sales calls to surgeons of various specialties, operating room management, nursing and administration.
  • Individual must communicate to these professionals the various benefits of using CooperSurgical products in their surgical practice and/or operating room.
  • Individual must compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports and submit them to their Regional Manager in a complete and timely fashion.

They must demonstrate to the satisfaction of Training and Sales Management their competency in communicating and training physician, nursing, and cleaning and sterilization personnel, in the proper use and maintenance of the products.
  • Individual must maintain up to date certification of their training in Operating Room Protocol for Health Care Representatives, Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPPA regulations as directed. The individual must also maintain medical documentation and a good documented health profile in order to allow them the ability to comply with customer requirements within their territory.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of documented and verifiable sales experience, preferably within the hospital environment.
  • Documented ability to grow sales in previous sales positions.
  • Satisfactory and positive responses from business and personal references.

Position:

This position is responsible for developing and supporting Business Intelligence systems for all application software, and to provide support for the end-users.

Essential Functions:

  • Design SSIS Packages to transfer data from flat files, ftp, or other means to SQL Server using Business Intelligence tools.

Distribution Associate

Position:

Pulls orders accurately in preparation for prompt shipment.

Essential Functions:

  • Obtains product from warehouse shelved to fill orders, carefully identifying information and quantities.

Field Service Technician

Position:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing installation, calibration, maintenance, repair, validation and support services for customers across North America.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform final installation services at customer locations throughout North America for fulfillment of equipment sales.

General Accounting Supervisor

Position:

This position is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the general accounting department to include organizing and directing all general accounting activities. This position oversees general accounting including monthly close and internal control.

Manager, Internal Controls and Risk Management

Position:

This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of the internal control environment for CooperSurgical as well as providing assurance that a strong governance and compliance structure is in place and that business risks are identified, reported and minimized.

Essential Functions:

  • Assure that standard policies and procedures and location specific policies and procedures are current across all CooperSurgical locations. Develop plans and prioritized timelines for creation of new policies and procedures as required.
  • Assure that segregation of duties models and key internal controls are properly defined and effective in all CooperSurgical locations. Identify additional controls as necessary to assure strength of control environment especially in “high-risk” locations.
  • Monitors remediation actions, timelines and progress. Develops reports to Senior Management regarding planning and status.
  • Coordinate and participate in audit planning for all internal and external audit activities. Assure statutory audits are conducted in a timely manner in all locations requiring such audits.
  • Coordinate and participate in all SOX activities including quarterly/annual testing, location reviews, etc. Liaise between operational teams and audit teams to assure good coordination and communication of all activities. Assure action plans are in place for all observations/deficiencies and that process owners are accountable and committed to implementing improvements based upon agreed-to timelines.
  • Develop and administer ongoing training programs for internal controls, risk management and compliance.
  • Conduct initial due diligence of third party relationships inherited as part of an acquisition and a system of ongoing monitoring and review of those relationships as they evolve, change or are added to. Contract with third party providers as necessary (eg. FTI, D&B) to assure timely assessments.
  • Evaluate existing control environment, establish initial controls, etc. for all acquisitions as part of the Finance Integration Team. Monitor controls at all locations to assure ongoing adequacy and compliance. Conduct and update risk assessments at all CSI locations.
  • Assure Business Risk Assessment is updated annually or as needed and that mitigation strategies are implemented through improvement projects assigned to the appropriate functional area.
  • Assure business continuity plans and emergency response plans are in place, documented and reviewed/updated/tested for effectiveness on a periodic basis for all locations.
  • Must be able to travel on a regular basis, up to 75% of the time, to the various CooperSurgical locations across the globe.
  • Keep abreast of current trends, practices and developments in the profession. Make recommendations for implementation.
  • Act within scope of authority consistent with Company objectives, guidelines, policies and practices.

Buyer for Reprogenetics New Jersey.

Territory Manager – Greater Atlanta Region

Position:

Promotes the use of disposable and non-disposable medical products, instruments and capital equipment products to physicians, hospitals, clinics and other medical personnel.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages and maintains territory account information for use as sales leads, based on company supplied information and independent investigation of the assigned territory.
  • Sets goals, organizes information to determine a workable plan for the territory and maintain and grow sales in assigned territory.
  • Follow-up with accounts in a timely manner and make appointments with key individuals as necessary.
  • Manages corporate lead data base system, voice mail and e-mail on a daily basis.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the Territory Manager will be working in a medical office/hospital environment.
