We understand the apprehension that employees feel when they are unable to work due to a disability or extended illness. We offer company-paid, short- and long-term disability insurance plans to all full-time employees. These plans pay a portion of your salary while you are disabled.

CooperSurgical contributes to employee retirement funds and provides benefits for eligible employees to save for Retirement in two ways - a 401(k) Plan and a Defined Benefit Plan (Retirement Income Plan). Through the 401(k) Plan, Employees are able to select the funds that best suit their needs and the Company will match a portion of the employee’s contributions. Through the Defined Benefit Plan, employees earn benefits for each year of service following a vesting period. The benefits are fully funded by CooperSurgical. The longer you are employed by CooperSurgical, the more this benefit grows.
We care about your education
We understand the importance of our employees' education. With that in mind, CooperSurgical proudly offers an educational assistance plan, available to all full-time regular employees, to assist with the costs associated with continued schooling through accredited colleges and universities. We’ve also partnered with local and national universities that offer discounts to employees, and in some case, family members.
CooperSurgical also offers paid training for courses and one- or two-day seminars to advance employees’ careers with the organization. Whether it’s a brush-up course in Microsoft Excel or a seminar to advance your expertise in customer service, we will pay for the approved course and the workday.
We care about our community
CooperSurgical employees participate in a wide range of activities to support their community, including Toys for Tots campaigns, holiday food drives, and other initiatives to support charitable organizations, including those dedicated to finding cures for debilitating and life-threatening illnesses. Our company matches employee contributions to qualified charities, dollar for dollar, within an annual limit.
